A counsellor will encourage an open dialogue about feelings such as anxiety, guilt or embarrassment and help you understand them. Through this, people find that they are able to make choices that can help overcome their issues.

Personal Coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals. It is a modern and rapidly growing method for helping others to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, and manage life change and personal challenges. Fundamental to this method is the attending of the entire person as a whole (body, mind, spirit, relationships, intentions, well-being) and the emphasis on growth & development.
