A lot has been written and said already about the N1H1 (“swine Flu”) and the information is available all over the net.

1. The NHS Choices is packet with all the essential information, including contacts and emergency etc’. its strait-forward and easy to follow.

2. The CDC website is good with advice on how to lower your risk of getting the virus.

3. The Helios Pharmacy Website is brilliant. there graphics are not cutting-edge but the knowledge and the value of the content is second to non. there is symptomatic description, advice, prevention, and 2 blocks (acute & prolonged) on suggested treatment to help for people with the flu. THIS IS THE MOST RECOMMEDED ONE.

- Focus on the familiar prevention methods
- Keep yourself healthy & active to lower chances of getting sick
- Seek professional advice if you do get ill
- Don’t let the fear element take over, that alone could be as bad as being sick…
