Homeopathy

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a full complementary-medical system, used by over a 100 million people across Europe today. It is a western-based medical discipline that was 1st developed by German Physicians about 150 years ago.

These doctors felt that conventional practice of medicine was at the time somewhat invasive, painful and generic. Therefore Homeopathy is an individual and gentle form of complementary medicine, supporting the person as a whole, physically and emotionally.

How does homeopathic practice work?

In Homeopathic Practice we use The Organon of the Medical Art written by Dr.Hahnemann as a complementary medical protocol of supporting good health and restoring balance.

In order to do that, the Homeopathic Practitioner gathers all relevant information off the patient – physical complaints, emotional state, medical history & family tendencies, diet, sleep.

The information is then processed in the context of homeopathic Materia Medica & Clinical Guides and based on that individualised overall patient picture the Homeopathic Practitioner may suggest a remedy during or after consultation.

What is Homeopathy used for?

Homeopathy may do well for almost anyone, at any age, and at any condition.

Many cases of tissue damage have been addressed by Homeopathy, alongside more mental and emotional issues.

Remedies

Emergencies & life-threatening situations must be treated by a GP and/or A&E Hospitals. Homeopathy is not a substitute for regular medical care, nor is it intended in anyway to provide medical diagnosis, prescription or cure for any disease. All diagnosed conditions and ailments must be kept under the clinical supervision of your doctor. As for withdrawal from pharmaceutical drugs and medicines, the patient must consult his/her GP before doing so.
