Corporate (Executive) Coaching
What is Executive Coaching?
Business Executive Coaching is an interactive relationship between the Business Executive and their Coach. It focuses on enhancing the performance of the business or the team under the executive’s influence. Through the Coaching sessions, your values, goals and underlying issues are identified and discussed. This supports you as an executive on your goal to design a manageable and effective action plan that is originated by you and initiated through your actions & motivations.
The essential features of executive and leadership coaching are that it is time limited, action orientated, and personally tailored approach to learning. It utilises feedback and offers clarity and objectivity. It creates a confidential space in which clients can talk about what’s on their mind, share insights, think the unthinkable, come up with alternatives and rehearse their next steps. It’s an enjoyable, rewarding and enriching experience.

How does Executive Coaching with us work?
1st, there is an initial introduction meeting in witch we establish what you need and how we can best deliver it for you. This initial session vary in time in relation to the size of the organisation and the depth of work expected to be done. Traditionally, this initial session is done face2face at the clients premises, as there is a lot more then what meets the eye in a space between a hand-shake therefore it is of great value for the coach to meet the client “at home”.
By the end of the 1st meeting, the client will have a clear idea of what the process of coaching will look like, the goals will be identified, and the path for progress would appear. We shell agree on time frames & frequency of meetings while estimate of duration needed & prognosis will be given to the client.
Normally Executive Coaching with us takes between 3-12 follow-up sessions. The duration of the process is influenced by the amount of change, learning and development needed in order to achieve the goals of the coaching.
Sessions are then usually done over the phone with the option to meet at a chosen time & place as needed. At any point in time can the client negotiate, reassess & adjust the aims of the coaching process to follow a new agreement.
At the end of the agreed duration of coaching a closer session will take place. We will reflect on the process at hand in the context of goals and achievements, resources, outcomes and satisfaction.
