The web is full of information about this gut condition, its signs & symptoms, causation’s, and possible treatments. however, non of them present a fully-composed complementary programme of dealing with it. that’s the aim of this article.

first and foremost Its important to get checked and diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome by a health professional, to eliminate any possiablity of other pathologies or underline causes.

2. Exercise - very important to the healthy functioning of the metabolic system, effects gut activity, assimilation of nutrition’s and the vitality of immune system - general & gut. specially recommended is non-stressing cardio-vascular activity like Swimming, Cycling, Yoga, Sauna & Steam.

3. Meditation - helps the relaxation of the whole body and mind, dissolves stress. aids reducing mental & emotional states like fear, worry and anxiety witch have found to contribute to the appearance of irritable bowel symptoms. simple pausing and breathing exercises once or twice a day should have an effect.

4. Supplements - the following 4 supplements have been found to help reducing I.B.S symptoms:

Probiotics (healthy gut b) - VSL#3 is the strongest one available otc now.
Herbal tincture - Camomile / Valerian / Peppermint
Aloe Vera
Vitamin B-Complex
